Hi Marc,
in your latest pub songs podcast you talk about ALEP 2 and about your love for traditional Celtic music, instrumental music. And you kind of regret that you can’t play that so well and that the autoharp is not a traditional Irish instrument. It may not be a traditional Celtic instrument, but with its sound sometimes more like a guitar, sometimes more like a harp I think it fits in perfectly. And you play it so well! I really love the sound of autoharp and fiddle playing together, like, for example, on ‘Live at the Cactus Cafe’ and on ‘The Bridge’ (my favourites among your CDs). And I’m very much looking forward to the instrumental CD you talked about at the beginning of the year, with Samantha Gillogly and Jamie Haeuser. So, please, try to do it!
A lot of good wishes for you and your family!
Ingrid
